About Our Company | A COMMITMENT to our Clients

In 1956, well-known local businessman Howard Kuske started a floor covering company named The Kuske Company. His business flourished by providing the highest level of service to the local community. Many of his early customers, such as Palomar Medical Center and The City of Escondido remain loyal customers to our company to this day.

In 1980, John Boyce became a partner with Howard Kuske, and in 1984 purchased the business when Howard Kuske retired. Since this time, we developed Workplace Services as our commercial division. Continuing the tradition of our local family run business, Jessica Boyce-Hansen has joined the team bringing her years of design and field experience to the company.  Today, we are known as Workplace Services | Kuske Interiors. While we have grown our mission remains the same today as it has always been:

To provide the highest quality flooring, tile and window treatment products and installation services to the community. From residential to commercial, traditional to contemporary, the Workplace Services team is dedicated to understanding our customer’s needs, providing the right product and delivering results through innovation, foresight and integrity which exceed expectations.

Unlike most flooring contractors, to ensure that our customers receive only the highest standard of workmanship, we employ the best installers. Our installers are certified by the Carpet and Rug Institute as well as the International Certified Installers Association. We are also members of the Starnet® Worldwide Commercial Flooring Partnership, a member owned cooperative of independent commercial floor covering dealers with over 170 member firms with 300 locations throughout North America.
